Spiritual Places

A guide to some awesome places to visit

Glastonbury: Is a place we visit quite regularly, for guidance, meditation and relaxation, This lovely place is brimming full of magical history for all. Probably one of the most spiritual sites i have encountered in the UK with so many individual places to find. 10/10 The Tor: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/glastonbury-tor Chalice Well: www.chalicewell.org.uk Chalice Well is one of Britain's most ancient wells, nestling in the Vale of Avalon between the famous Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Hill. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and orchards it is a living sanctuary in which the visitor can experience the quiet healing of this sacred place. For over two thousand years this has been a place where people have gathered to drink the waters and find solace, peace and inspiration. White Spring: www.whitespring.org.uk In honour of the Spirit of the White Spring, a Temple has been created here in gratitude for the gift of pure water. A Victorian built Well House that nestles beneath Glastonbury Tor was ideal for this purpose, a blessing indeed. Cavernous and set apart, in blackness or candle lit, mysterious it remains. A wonderful contrast to the sunlit gardens of Chalice Well of the Red Spring. The interior consists of three domed vaults 16ft high, with beautiful bowed floors - like the hull of a boat moored at the portal to the Otherworld. With it's constant temperature, and the sound of the perpetually flowing water, it is a unique and sacred space. Stonehenge: www.english- heritage.org.uk/visit/places/stonehenge The energy of this world famous stone circle is one you must experience for yourself. It hits you as soon as you step in the outer circle. The Great Grandfather & Grandmother stones have alot to tell us. Enjoy a very entertaining Summer & Winter Solstice with all walks of life joining together. Avebury Stones: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/avebury Another of our world famous stone circles thats a must visit for anyone. So much energy and tales to tell. Great food in the pub, oh and say hi to the spirit people wandering around the pub.
